During our Senior Graduate photography sessions, we seek to capture the energy and personality of the graduate as they move into the next chapter of their life. Our graduate photo shoots are “life-style oriented”, we find out what the graduate’s interests are and implement these things into the session. You are encouraged to bring instruments, sports equipment, different types of clothing, or anything that is “you”.
We personally guide you in preparation for your graduation photography session as we work together on the selection of the locations, choosing those that you feel comfortable with and that fit “you”. Your high school or college graduate portraits are normally shot on location like at a city scene, the beach, a sports field, your home, a beautiful park, and sometimes the local university. The “What to Wear Guide” and the “Photo Session Checklist” will help in guiding you to a successful photo shoot and experience.
To help any camera-shy subjects look their best, we establish rapport with the client and avoid having you look staged, contrived or dorky. You will enjoy the advice and coaching to get the most from your your time with us, and we’ll have some fun!
The Session — Senior Graduate Photography
All sessions are unique. You can expect:
- A two to three hour photo session is recommended, and occasionally up to a five or six hour photo session if we include multiple venues
- At least 2-3 clothing changes are highly recommended
- Styling assistance from Professional Stylist (Make-up and Hair) available and very highly recommended
The Big Reveal
Image editing and a custom photo video which you can easily share on the web are included with all graduate photography sessions. The week after your shoot, we will meet together, which we like to call “The Big Reveal”, to review your edited images. The Big Reveal meeting assists you in selecting and designing mementos and custom remembrances. Photo books, professional prints, canvases, and other wall hangings and many more photo options are available and we can discuss this further at The Big Reveal!
